1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing canuck-play.com, creating an account, or using our social games, online slots, and online games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use our platform.

By confirming your age, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Our platform is not available to minors under any circumstances.

4. Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling

Canuck Play is a social gaming platform, not a licensed gambling operator. All online slots and online games are games of chance offered strictly for entertainment purposes. Canuck Coins and all virtual currency:

  • Have no real-world cash value and are not legal tender

5. Account Registration

  • Registration is free and requires a valid email address and display name
  • Each individual may maintain only one account — duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@canuck-play.com
  • We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion
  • Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without notice

6. Virtual Currency & Subscriptions

Canuck Coins can be obtained through:

  • Free registration bonus (500 Canuck Coins for new accounts)
  • Gameplay rewards and XP milestones
  • Optional one-time purchases of Canuck Coin packages
  • Monthly subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold tiers)

Additional terms for purchases:

  • All purchases are for virtual currency with no cash value — not a deposit or wager
  • Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required
  • All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable Canadian consumer protection law
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, packages, or subscription benefits with 30 days' notice
  • Unused Canuck Coins do not expire while your account remains active

7. Gameplay Rules

When playing social games and online slots on Canuck Play, you agree to:

  • Play for entertainment purposes only — not for profit or financial gain
  • Accept that all game outcomes are determined by random number generation
  • Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit game mechanics or virtual currency systems
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to play on your behalf
  • Not share your account credentials or allow others to play under your account
  • Respect other players and platform staff in all communications

Violation of gameplay rules may result in account suspension, virtual currency forfeiture, or permanent ban.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Canuck Play to:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward staff or other users
  • Circumvent age verification, geo-restrictions, or account suspension measures

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Canuck Play is owned by or licensed to Canuck Play Entertainment Ltd., including:

  • Online slots game designs, symbols, themes, and mechanics
  • Graphics, animations, audio, and visual assets
  • Software code, algorithms, and platform architecture
  • Trademarks, logos, branding, and the "Canuck Play" name
  • Written content, marketing materials, and documentation

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play social games for personal entertainment only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting, internet outages, or force majeure events
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any online game or feature with reasonable notice
  • Virtual currency balances and progress may be affected during maintenance — we will make reasonable efforts to preserve data

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service or our Responsible Gaming guidelines
  • Provide false registration information or fail age verification
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or payment chargebacks without valid reason
  • Abuse platform mechanics, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised tools
  • Remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months (with 30 days' email notice)

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@canuck-play.com. Upon termination, all virtual currency, player levels, and account data are permanently deleted.

12. Disclaimers

Canuck Play is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
  • Game outcomes are random — past results do not predict future outcomes
  • We are not responsible for losses of virtual currency due to gameplay, technical errors, or account actions
  • We do not guarantee that online slots will meet your specific entertainment expectations
  • Third-party links and resources are provided for convenience without endorsement

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Canuck Play Entertainment Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of virtual currency, player progress, or account data
  • Service interruptions, data breaches, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control
  • Actions of third-party service providers or payment processors
  • Any damages exceeding the total amount you paid to Canuck Play in the 12 months preceding the claim

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Canuck Play Entertainment Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage you to contact us first at legal@canuck-play.com to resolve disputes informally
  • If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario
  • Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by law
  • Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
